Horseman's Point is accessible by trail on the island's east side. When I was a summer kid on the island in the late 1960s and early 1970s my family visited this spot often. On my return to the island in 2000 I looked in vain for the trailhead; a house had been built near there. Fortunately, the owners of the house were kind enough to leave access to the trail intact; it just takes a little effort (and/or a few inquiries) to find it.
