A number of unfortunate factors combined to contribute to this truck being unceremoniously dumped into the harbor. It was a most newsworthy event here on our little rock and most of town turned out to have a look. I'll reserve further comment on what caused the accident since, as I understand it, everyone involved is currently suing everyone else. ;-)
